Michael is a 19-year professional in the solid waste industry and MRRA project leader for the PFAS study. He has worked in both private consulting and in the public sector. His private sector work includes solid waste facility and program planning, feasibility studies, permitting, design, construction, and operations. In is current role, he oversees the management of an integrated solid waste program that includes a resource recovery facility, landfill, and self-haul facilities.
