I have over 40 years of experience in solid waste consulting with particular interest leachate management, and most recently PFAS treatment. Five years ago, I assembled the Minnesota PFAS Passive Receivers group with membership from public and private landfill, composting, waste to energy, wastewater treatment, analytical laboratories, and consulting. This has served as a forum to discuss PFAS management issues with the MPCA.
