Indoor Booth: Standard booth in the main exhibit hall (Limit 35)
Outside Space: Space to park one (1) large vehicle or rig outside of conference space at Mystic Lake Center (Limit 4)

All exhibitor options now include TWO (2) free booth staff that are registered when booking the booth/space.
Add electricity to any Indoor Booth for $100.

Both Outside and Indoor exhibit spaces must be reserved and paid for through the online form.

The Call for Presentations at the RAM/SWANA Conference is open!

RAM and SWANA are especially interested in seeking presenters on emerging topics, including but not limited to textiles, solar panel recycling, new organics programs and technologies, hazardous waste and compliance, etc.

Proposers will be notified by February 1, 2026 if their presentation was selected.

Please limit submissions to one session per speaker. Preference may be given to presentations that qualify for Continuing Education Credits for MPCA Type II/III Landfill Operator Certification. Sales presentations not accepted

RAM/SWANA has secured a room block for conference guests needing overnight accommodations. You may either book online at the link below, or call Mystic’s Reservation Center 24/7 at 952-445-9000 for assistance with booking reservations. Just mention that you are with the RAM/SWANA Annual Conference Block. Book your room before March 4, 2026 to be included in our room block and receive the special group rate. Rooms are booked on a first come first served basis. If the room block is full or if you want to book outside the room block, select ‘Other offers, these dates’ when prompted.
