Troy Johnson brings over 30 years of expertise to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, with a diverse background spanning permitting, enforcement, and policy. For the majority of his tenure, he has led the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program, where he focuses on planning, staff development, and data management. Troy is particularly passionate about streamlining processes to enhance customer experience. Outside of the office, he stays active outdoors—whether he’s golfing, camping, or biking—and enjoys catching live concerts and sporting events.
