Gwen Jenkins | Minnesota Pollution Control Agency

Gwen Jenkins joined the MPCA as a Recycling and Organics Specialist in 2023. Her current work includes education and outreach, technical assistance, funding assistance, and other projects related to both traditional recycling and organics recycling. Prior to the MPCA, Gwen worked in the private sector as an urban planner. Gwen has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School and Bachelor of Environmental Studies from Carleton College.
