Michelle Palm | Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy

Michelle Palm is a Program Coordinator at Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy, focused on how to keep bulky materials out of the waste stream and alternate recycling or reuse opportunities.
Since joining R&E in 2024, her work has engaged home and business owners, contractors, property managers, municipalities, and more to collaborate on creative ways to save building materials and encourage deconstruction over demolition. When not working on building materials, Michelle is focused on keeping mattresses and other bulky furniture from ending up at R&E.
With more than a decade of experience in the waste and recycling field, Michelle has gained a thorough knowledge of building and implementing accessible grant programs to help communities reduce waste.
