Kristi Otterson | Dakota County Environmental Resources Department

Kristi Otterson is a Senior Environmental Specialist at Dakota County Environmental Resources Department – Waste Regulation Unit and is the program manager for the county’s household hazardous waste program. She has worked for the Environmental Resources Department since 2012 and has over 23 years' experience in solid waste and hazardous waste management including 18 years managing various sized public and private operations. Kristi has a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in waste management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
