Matt Clark | RRT Design and Construction

Matt Clark, P.E., is Vice President of Engineering Services at RRT Design & Construction, a national leader in the engineering and construction of solid waste processing and recycling facilities.
Based in Minneapolis, Matt has over four decades of experience spanning engineering management, project management, design, construction support, and start-up monitoring for energy-from-waste, solid waste, and power and energy projects. Most recently, Matt served as Manager of Assets and Engineering at Great River Energy for the Hennepin Energy Recovery Facility (HERC). He previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Engineering Director at RRC Power and Energy and Vice President at HDR Engineering.
Matt has authored or co-authored numerous technical publications presented at industry conferences on topics including emissions control, resource recovery, and cogeneration.
Since 1989, RRT has been building recycling facility infrastructure and businesses for the solid waste and recycling industry, delivering more than 500 projects, including over 150 new greenfield facilities across 30 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
RRT is headquartered in Melville, New York, with regional offices in Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland, Minnesota, and California.
