Lisa is an engineer in the MPCA's solid waste permitting unit. Lisa has been with the MPCA for over 16 years. She has bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineer. Prior to coming to the MPCA Lisa worked in the construction industry for over 5 years. For the last few years, she has been working to develop an online submittal process for solid waste application.
