Joe Miller | Minnesota Pollution Control Agency

Joe is an engineer in the MPCA's solid waste permitting unit. Joe has been with the MPCA for over 3 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. Prior to coming to the MPCA he worked in air permitting for the state of Missouri. For the last few years, he has been working to develop an online submittal process for solid waste application.
