John Kreuser coordinates Minnesota’s State Emergency Response Teams within the Department of Public Safety, leading training, and preparedness efforts statewide. With over 24 years in public safety—including roles as a firefighter, EMT, and Fire Chief—he brings extensive expertise in hazardous materials, emergency response, and interagency coordination. A passionate trainer and advisor, John is also a faculty member with the American Heart Association and a frequent speaker at emergency management and public safety conferences across Minnesota.
