Chris McConn | Otter Tail County

Graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1995.    Chris worked for 22 years in the private sector, mostly practicing civil and environmental engineering.  For the past eight years he has been employed by Otter Tail County.  In that role, he serves as the solid waste director for Otter Tail, Todd and Wadena Counties.  Chris is also the executive director for a five county joint powers authority, Prairie Lakes Municipal Solid Waste Authority, which uses resource recovery to process 55,000 tons of MSW per year.   After 20 years of marriage Chris and his bride, Brooke, have five children and enjoy running a small apple orchard in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
