She currently leads Minnesota’s pioneering boat wrap recycling initiative, Wrap Recycle Right. In this role, Sarah oversees the strategic design, implementation, and operational management of the state’s first EPR program targeting marine shrink wrap—a material historically overlooked in stewardship frameworks.
