Sam Holl | Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy Center

Sam Holl serves as the facility director for the Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy Center. He has a strong background in operations, contract management and commercial banking as well as 20 years of experience overseeing truck and heavy equipment maintenance as a supervisor in the military.  He has a B.S. in Business Management from Rasmussen College.
