Jason Moran has worked at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for 27 years. He is in the MPCA Emergency Response program based out of the Saint Paul, MN office. He also was a regulatory compliance inspector in the Hazardous Waste and PCB programs previously.

In college, he studied Geology.
