Carolyn Reimann | Forj Medical

Carolyn Reimann is the Director of Corporate Communications and Engagement at Forj Medical, a global medical technology company headquartered in St. Paul. In her role, she leads the organization’s communication strategy, culture initiatives, employee engagement, and brand development. Carolyn oversees Forj Medical’s employee resource groups and served as the executive sponsor of the grant‑funded Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (R3) program. She guided the initiative from the formation of an employee‑led Green Team through the full launch strategy—including employee education, engagement, and adoption—helping embed sustainable practices across the organization.
