Annalee Garletz | Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy Center

Annalee Garletz has been a Supervisor for the Food Scraps Pickup Program at Ramsey Washington Recycling and Energy since May 2023. Prior to stepping into this position, she spent 8 years as the Government Services and Policy Supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. She also served as the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Analyst at the Association of Minnesota Counties for nearly 10 years.

Annalee holds an M.A. in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from the University of St. Thomas, and is an AICP member.
