Andy Weins is a Veteran and fourth generation business owner known for bringing the “Bottom Line Up Front” mindset to growth minded businesses leaders. Andy has over two decades of military service including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom where he continues to serve as a U.S. Army Reserve Career Counselor holding the rank of Master Sergeant (E-8). Outside of speaking, his ventures include Green Up Solutions (consulting) and Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal (solid-waste removal).

He has won numerous awards through the years, most recently being named a 2026 Titan 100 Hall of Fame member, honoring the top 100 executives in Wisconsin; 2023 Waste360 “40 Under 40” member, which honors the next generation of leaders who are shaping the future of the waste and recycling industry; and a 2022 and 2023 Outstanding Business of the Year—Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business award at the Wisconsin Governor’s Annual Conference on Diverse Business Development.
